Today, KELIN with the support of AIDS Fonds is conducting a capacity building workshop to scale up access to justice through the use of cultural structures in Kisumu and Homabay counties. The forum seeks to strengthen the capacity of elders on the provisions of the Constitution of Kenya and its impact on cultural practices.
