But despite scientific advances bringing us closer than ever, services remain out of reach for the most marginalized among us. Our mission is to ensure that every person, no matter who they are or where they live, can access the HIV services they need.
Meeting the #Triple10Targets will make this possible. By removing legal and policy barriers for and with key populations most affected by HIV, we can ensure everybody has a direct path to testing, treatment and prevention.
The evidence is clear: human rights and zero discrimination are essential to ending AIDS as a public health threat.

What are the #Triple10Targets?
The 10-10-10 targets were established as part of the 2021 Political Declaration on HIV and AIDS, which aims to address inequalities and accelerate efforts to end AIDS by 2030.They represent a significant political commitment by UN member states to address key structural barriers in the global HIV/AIDS response.
The 10-10-10 targets state that by 2025:
- less than 10% of countries should have punitive legal and policy environments that deny or limit access to services,
- less than 10% of people living with HIV and key populations will experience stigma and discrimination,
- less than 10% of women, girls, people living with HIV, and key populations will experience gender inequality and violence.
